UPDATE (August 2009):

The California Department of Public  Health--Office of AIDS recently cancelled its contract for HIV/AIDS prevention and capacity building services in African American communities due to severe budget cuts.  The website (http://www.oneloveca.org) remains an available resource for now as ONTRACK continues to search out funding from other sources to address the gap in services created by this year's state budget.
